This was made a couple years after I moved to the Desert Southwest. I think I would have liked this man. Maybe he would have liked me too.
We both love this desolate, fragile landscape.

Ed and his wife Clark were house sitting for me in Oracle back in the late 80s. The wildlife refuge next-door was on fire and the Oracle fire dept. came to the house to evacuate the neighborhood. Their conundrum was to guess what they should salvage from the house. As you may guess books were the first choices.
Now I am sure I would have liked him. I’d love to hear your stories about him.
