It’s Not Always Just About Recording

Sometimes photography is a lot like painting.  You find elements, you compose them, you juxtapose colors, textures, and shapes into something new.  In this case, it was a dead baby snake found on the road near my parents’ house in Sedgwick Maine, and an acorn, arranged on a piece of slate on their patio.
