Lots of great art roadside through the Navajo Nation between Flag and Tuba City.  This first one is by an artist who has a lot of great pieces along the route.

and this one is near a Christian center just outside Tuba.

This place is overwhelmingly beautiful, with sweeping otherworldly vistas in fantastic color.  It was the perfect place to play with my new 300mm lens (600mm equivalent on my mirrorless camera).  I spent quite a bit of time capturing microcosms within the landscape.

I do think you should be more interested in me than in a bunch of red and white rocks.  Hey!  Don’t walk away!  Where’s my treat?  Cheap-ass human.
